Our thoughts and prayers remain with our family, neighbors and friends who have suffered so much over the recent weeks. May God bless you as you work towards rebuilding your lives and your homes.
As you can imagine, our office has been inundated with questions about damaged furniture that was affected by the flood. We have never experienced the type of devastation or the volume of items affected. Please be patient with us as we try to answer your questions as promptly and as accurately as possible.
If you are unable to reach us when you call or stop by our shop, please consider these options in the meantime.
#1 Decide which items are worth saving.
#2 Make a descriptive inventory and take pictures of these items.
#3 Get these items to a secure location until we can view them for you (we recommend waiting at least two weeks before viewing so that each article can completely dry out, thus exposing any damage that may occur.)
#4 Call our office with your contact information and the location of where you have stored your items. (You may also email us this information at firstname.lastname@example.org. It would be very helpful if you could email us your descriptive inventory and photos, if available)
The links below may answer some of your questions so please take a moment to view this information.
Thank you and God Bless!
